Huuuummmmm !
An authentic Warbird: Curtiss P-40 E or F version, equiped with a V-1710 Allinson engine ( V 12, 1710 cubic inches, 28 liters, about 1000 hp ). Build in 1942 or 1943...
She is in perfect restauration conditions, and authentic colours ( olive drab, over light grey )

And a wonderful bike in the front, nice weather in the background. For the primate inside, no comment Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Hi all, I just want to precise the John's info about this plane.
She was called Warhawk, and Kittyhawk for the late versions, by the British authorities (this plane was used in the RAF, and used under those names)
Many of them were decorated with a shark mooth. In fact, the first unit to used this design was the Air Volunteers Group (AVG): it was a group of American pilots who fought against the Japan Army, in China, and before Pearl Harbor attack.
Its commander was the Gen Claire Lee Chennault. This group was really efficient and well reputated, and its Insigna was a Flying Tiger...
Due to that, after the US entrance in War, lot of American P40's units was inspired by the shark mooth design of the AVG's. It was a "Fashion" design for lots of combat units...
The P40 was used by the Dutch MLKNIL, in Indonesia and Australia, by the RAAF in Australia, the RAF in Europe and India, the french AA in Africa, by the SAAF in Africa.
The early version of this aircraft (the P36, equiped with a Pratt and Withney engine) was an important part of the fighting forces in France in 1940. She was the most efficient french fighter if the Battle of France, with 317 victories for the lost of 33 planes...
